- Telegram Bot Usage: If you use our Telegram integration, your chat ID and shared location data are processed to send you alerts. We store session data temporarily while live tracking is active.
- Browser Information: Standard web logs may include your IP address, browser type, and access times for security and analytics purposes.
2. Data Source - Google Maps
Important: All charging station information displayed on EV Route Cambodia is sourced entirely from Google Maps through the Google Places API.
- We do not own any charging station data
- We do not control the accuracy, completeness, or availability of station information
- Station details (name, location, operating hours, etc.) are provided by Google and charging station operators
- We rely fully on Google Maps for all location and business information
3. How We Use Information
We use the collected information solely to:
- Display charging stations near your location
- Calculate distances and provide navigation directions
- Send real-time alerts through our Telegram bot when you're near charging stations
- Improve the overall user experience of our platform
We do NOT: Sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or use it for any purpose beyond providing our core service.
4. User Responsibility
Please Review Station Information:
Before visiting any charging station, we strongly recommend that you:
- Verify station details directly through Google Maps or the station operator's website
- Check operating hours, availability, and compatibility with your vehicle
- Confirm that the station is operational before traveling long distances
- Contact the charging station directly if you have specific questions
5. Data Retention
- Location Data: Not stored permanently. Used only for real-time calculations.
- Telegram Sessions: Session data is stored only while live tracking is active and is automatically deleted when tracking stops or expires.
- Logs: Server logs may be retained for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.
6. Third-Party Services
EV Route Cambodia integrates with the following third-party services:
- Google Maps Platform: For map display, geocoding, and charging station data (subject to Google's Privacy Policy)
- Telegram Bot API: For bot functionality and messaging (subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy)
When you use our service, you are also subject to these third-party privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
Our website may use browser local storage to remember your preferences (such as map center and zoom level).
No tracking cookies are used for advertising purposes.
8. Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect the limited data we process. However, no internet transmission
is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to our service.
9. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information
from children under 13.

- Delete your Telegram bot session by using the "Stop Tracking" button

This app is designed simply to make it easier to find charging stations in Cambodia by aggregating publicly
available data from Google Maps.
We are not responsible for:
- Inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete station information
- Station closures, malfunctions, or unavailability
- Compatibility issues between stations and your vehicle
- Any damages or inconveniences resulting from reliance on our service
